The Lessons Between Plays

Youth Sports Confidence + SEL Workshops

The biggest lessons in youth sports often happen between the plays. A missed shot. A bad inning. Getting benched. Feeling embarrassed. Teammate tension. Pressure to perform.

The Lessons Between Plays is an interactive 45-minute workshop that helps young athletes understand what they are feeling, reset after difficult moments, communicate what they need, and build confidence that is not dependent on one game or performance.

“Because one bad play should never become the way a child sees themselves.”
